Back at the office, my team is moving to Agile development – TODAY. This was decided on Friday. I have a decent understanding of the basic characteristics and practices of agile environments – to me it’s basically like every other methodology, sliced and diced differently. But I also needed something to indoctrinate me in agile-speak.
