After a difficult migration from ASP.NET to Drupal, we reviewed the website with an emphasis on how the site was meeting its mission, ensuring functionality & consistency, and opportunities for growth. This review includes simulated eye tracking heatmaps, usability interviews with 18 participants, detailed user experience findings, suggested user experience enhancements, and quick & dirty UI mockups for a redesigned homepage that incorporates recommended enhancements and increased advertising for needed revenue.
