OPMOM User Experience (UX) Review with UI Enhancements (June 2009)
A difficult migration from ASP.NET to Drupal slowed the growth of a once-vibrant community of parents. Normal Modes reviewed the website’s functionality, user interface design (including advertiser revenue models) and identified opportunities to enhance the user experience. This review includes simulated eye tracking heatmaps, usability interviews with 18 participants, detailed user experience findings, suggested user experience enhancements, and quick & dirty UI mockups for a redesigned homepage that incorporates recommended enhancements and increased advertising for needed revenue.
