Normal Modes' primary office is located in Houston, Texas, inside the 610 Loop between Greenway Plaza and The Galleria. Our central location offers easy access to major business, shopping, arts and educational centers nearby.

Our state-of-the-art usability lab offers works both for traditional usability testing as well as remote usability testing & in the U.S. or anywhere in the world. We can even handle test recruiting using our extensive test volunteer database, or by recruiting from a list of list of customers your provide. Either way, we want to make sure we end up with the right users to get the data we need to make the project successful.

Our facility has one fully instrumented research/observation suites supporting a variety of data collection needs. Normal Modes, of course, uses these facilities to support our own studies and also rents them, with or without our services, for client-run studies. Our facility also has a waiting area for study participants and small kitchenette stocked with beverages (ask us about our selection of tea) and healthy foods for participants and observers.
